Mariana Candido and Mariana Dias Paes have been collaborating for several years on their research. The result is that they published, alongside Dr. Juelma Matos Ngala, História e Direito em Angola, in 2023. This publication is the result of a collaboration between the three scholars who have identified and classified the extant historical legal documents available at the municipal courthouse storage room in Benguela. Besides the inventory, História e Direito contains an introductory essay on the history of the courthouse and law in Angola, the first publication about the subject. Only available in Portuguese.
